All orders placed before 2 PM (CST) will ship the same day. All orders placed after 2 PM (CST) will ship the next day.
We are not able to ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or National Holidays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
STANDARD SHIPPING Most order ship within 1-5 business days, excluding holidays.
Shipping costs for STANDARD shipping are calculated at checkout based on the customer's delivery address and the size of the product.
We also offer flat rates that are calculated at checkout based on the customer's delivery address and purchase price if applicable.
Orders above $120 have FREE Standard Shipping.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING (1-3 Business Days)
Shipping costs for EXPEDITED shipping are calculated at checkout based on the customer's delivery address and the size of the product.
Shipping times for EXPEDITED shipping are shown at checkout.
The above are processing times and do not account for the time the package is in transit. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days. UPS Ground usually takes 1-5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio.
Why hasn’t my package arrived yet?
If you are waiting for a package in transit, it may arrive later than expected as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL are all experiencing higher-than-normal package volume. This can cause packages to be delayed, as well as fewer scans along the way. If your package is lost, we will replace it. If your tracking information is showing that a label has been printed, your order has been packed and is awaiting its next scan. Please understand that these delays are longer than ever due to the pandemic and are completely out of our control.
Why won’t my tracking information updated?
Please reach out directly to the carrier if you are having an issue with your tracking information. We at Porto Boutique do not have any additional information other than what is already provided via the tracking information.
